Per Florida State Statute 316.1964, vehicles with Disabled Veteran license plates, or vehicles equipped with specialized equipment such as ramps, lifts, foot, or hand controls do not pay. Vehicles can be left overnight however, if they remain in the lot when paid parking begins the next day, the fee for that day begins again at the designated start time.
